Easy Returns, Hassle-Free Experience

Return Conditions

You may request a return under the following conditions:

Eligibility Period

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Product Condition

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Products showing signs of use (scratches, tire wear, odour, etc.) may not be eligible for return or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been registered or activated with the manufacturer may also be ineligible.

Exchanges

  • If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, we will offer a free replacement (subject to inspection and availability).
  • If a replacement is not available, a store credit will be issued, which can be used towards any future purchase, rental, or leasing with EV LAB.
  • For all other eligible returns, store credit will be provided instead of a refund.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item for the store credit or replacement to be processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if the product is defective and no replacement is available.
  • Once inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10–14 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will advise on how to return the item to us.
  4. After inspection, we will initiate the refund or exchange process.

Return Shipping

  • In the case of a defective or wrong product, EV LAB will cover the return shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • EV LAB reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
  • For warranty-related issues beyond the return window, please contact the manufacturer directly.
